It all starts with a conversation. We meet with you to understand what you need, how you use the space, what you like and what budget you have. There are no silly questions or wrong answers. The more you tell us, the better we can guide you. And if you don't have your ideas clear yet, we can help you put them in order too.
We visit the space in person, take measurements and assess its real condition. We want to understand what's there before proposing what it could become. We spot the potential, identify the starting conditions and pick up on everything that will shape the project. This phase lets us put together a proposal that's grounded in reality.
With all the information on the table, we put together a complete proposal: drawings, a materials report and a detailed budget. We explain it to you in person so you understand every decision and can weigh it up. If something doesn't match what you expected, we talk it through. You decide whether we move forward.
Once the proposal is approved, we develop the full technical project. We draw up all the necessary documentation, handle the permits and licences, and coordinate with the relevant authorities. It's the most technical phase, but also the one that guarantees everything that follows can be carried out without surprises.
We coordinate the works and oversee execution on site. We're present throughout the whole process so that every detail matches what was designed. If a decision needs to be made on site, we make it together with you, with the information needed to get it right. The goal is for the result to be exactly what we agreed.
We hand over the finished space, explain everything you need to know to use it, and resolve any questions that come up. We don't consider the project closed until you're satisfied with the result. For us, handover isn't the end of the work — it's the confirmation that it was done right from the start.
